Thousands of Bosnian refugees have been protesting in Tuzla against not being able to return to their original homes.
The organisers -- Moslem, Croat and Serb refugee associations -- said their governments and international organisations have been too slow to secure their return, as ordered by the Dayton peace agreement which ended the Bosnian war in 1995.
More than one million Bosnians are still displaced, often because their homes have been taken over by rival ethnic groups. Last week a group of Moslems returning to their pre-war homes clashed with Serb refugees who had moved in since the end of the war.
